My story

Welcome to Jennie’s Cookie Co.! My name is Jennie Fitch and I am a Cookie Artist.
I began making decorated cookies for holidays just for my Daddy. He was my taste tester and helped me develop the flavor profile I currently use! Daddy was my biggest supporter and always encouraged me with so much positivity. That gave me the confidence to share my creations with others.
Prior to opening Jennie’s Cookie Co., I was an Esthetician and Makeup Artist. In 2014 my husband, BFT, and I began IVF and that made being a Makeup Artist difficult. That led to me desiring a career path that would allow me to still create art that would be involved in celebration and bake. Gourmet cookies were the perfect fit for my artistic and social soul!
I have spent the last 10 years experimenting with new techniques and mediums to be able to offer you the gourmet cookie art you desire. Each order is a new opportunity for me to challenge myself and my abilities.

BFT and I live in San Antonio, TX with our daughter, Maggie Merle. BFT is a SAFD firefighter and the brains behind anything tech related in our house. Being a Cookie Artist allows me to stay home with Maggie Merle and its an experience I treasure!
